Flexteller Password Resets

Important Information for Users of Flexteller Mobile Banking

In order to improve the security of our members’ accounts, new password standards will be implemented for all users of Flexteller beginning on August 1, 2022.

New passwords for Flexteller must be at least 10 characters in length, and must include a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. We suggest using a phrase you will remember.

Although the process will begin on August 1, not all users will be reset at the same time; when it is your turn, you will be prompted to enter a new password.
